About Kara Moore
Kara Moore is Rutkowski Law Firm’s Estate Planning & Probate Attorney. Her goal is to help her client families throughout our Virtual Proven Process to ensure their wishes are followed and their assets are protected. Kara is a process driven individual and enjoys taking the often complicated and complex worlds of estate planning & asset protection and communicating them effectively and efficiently to the people she works with. Kara oversees the production of our legal documents and works with our client families throughout the second and third stages of our Virtual Proven Process. She takes pride in making sure no stone is left unturned and no detail, no matter how small, is overlooked in the planning process. She is truly a valuable addition to the Rutkowski Law Firm team.
Kara graduated from Bob Jones University with a bachelor’s in communications and attended Cooley Law School where she graduated Magna Cum Laud with eleven Certificates of Merit.
Kara’s background is in estate planning, probate, and real estate. She is passionate about creating and maintaining processes that help families accomplish their goals. She enjoys being an attorney because it gives her the unique ability to help others in areas that might be difficult to navigate otherwise. Combining her prior client services experience with her legal knowledge has been incredibly helpful to her clients.
While she is originally from Saginaw, she spent a few years living between Florida and South Carolina. Kara played college basketball at Pensacola Christian College and used her athletic background to further her team-working skills and competitive nature. While she is no longer involved in college sports, Kara is an avid reader, spends all the free time she can with her two dogs, going to outdoor concerts, travelling the world, and occasionally breaking out of escape rooms!
