About Karen Adair
Karen Adair is Rutkowski Law Firm’s Marketing Director. She is responsible for introducing our proven processes to the community and for all our marketing efforts. Karen’s focus is to make sure our potential client families and community referral sources are familiar with what we can help with. If, on occasion, we receive a request from someone we cannot help, Karen is responsible for maintaining a vetted community referrals partnership list so she can facilitate introductions to our trusted partners.
Karen has more than 30 years of experience in administration, sales, marketing, and small business management. Karen began her career at a law firm in Detroit where she spent 22 years in firm administration before transition to the geriatric healthcare field. Here, she served for 10 years as a Director of Sales & Marketing and was responsible for driving the businesses yearly marketing strategies. During her time in this role, she started her own business that focused on educating healthcare professionals on resources available to them to help their clients & patients. Karen missed the marketing side of the running a business and decided to come back to what she loves and is truly passionate about – helping people and her local community.
Karen has been married to her husband, Larry, for more than 20 years and they are the proud owners of a dog named Maggie. In her spare time, Karen enjoys boating, attending the theater, and spending time with family and friends. With her wealth of experience and passion for marketing, Karen is an amazing addition to our team and has a strong focus on helping us achieve our business goals and the goals of our client families.
