About Alexandria Borowski

Alexandria is team Rutkowski’s Probate Paralegal. She helps guide our client families through the probate court process. Probate court can be tedious and time consuming, so Alexandria is responsible for the proven process for navigating the court systems throughout Michigan to support our clients.

Alexandria has more than a decade of experience in a variety of court systems throughout the country. Most recently, she served as a paralegal for the New Hanover County Department of Health & Human Services in North Carolina. Prior to that she was a Truancy Coordinator for the Anoka County Attorney’s office in Minnesota. Alexandria also has a background as a teaching assistant to Judge Timothy P. Greeley with the United States District Court for the Western District of Michigan from her days at Northern Michigan University where she graduated cum laude from the Criminal Justice program.

Alexandria is guided by her love of helping people and for her strength in combing through complicated processes to make them work for not only our client families, but our internal team at Rutkowski Law Firm. She appreciates the opportunity to give back to her community and enjoys educating herself on the many different areas of our legal system.

Despite currently joining us from the southern shores in North Carolina, Alexandria is a Yooper at heart and grew up in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula. She enjoys spending time on the beach with her fiancée, her close-knit family and her adorable French bulldog, Moon.

Client Testimonials

  •  I first met Mike Rutkowski when my mom needed to update her estate plan, Will and establish a “Living Trust”. In the year that followed, Mike provided us with continuous support through challenges in Probate Court by mom’s family and subsequent revisions to mom’s estate plan and Will. Since mom’s passing, Mike has continued to give me great support as the Trustee of her estate. Recently, I chose Mike’s firm to set up my own Will and Trust. Rutkowski Law Firm and its staff have been a constant support to me at every step of the process. I would recommend Rutkowski Law Firm to any and every one for issues related to Wills, Trusts, Probate, etc. Definitely a reputable firm to trust with your life planning. I give my highest recommendation to this firm for their honesty, integrity and reliability.

  •  After procrastinating for many years I finally decided to get my will and trust done. I expected it to be a lengthy and cumbersome process but I was pleasantly surprised! I chose Rutkowski Law Firm because I saw an ad in the local paper and they were convenient to where I lived. What I got was “white glove” treatment, a very professional and friendly staff, and most importantly, immediate response to all my questions and concerns. I worked with Michael Rutkowski and Trisha Harris—a great team! Without hesitation I would recommend them to anyone looking to get their “affairs in order”.
