About Kevin Bauer
Kevin is Team Rutkowski’s Chief Operating Officer. He works closely with firm leadership to help drive the vision of the firm and the success of all our internal processes. Kevin also serves as a community liaison working with Lea Brady & Karen Adair in the senior care and financial professionals’ communities throughout Michigan. He manages our vendors, implements business strategy, maintains the business budget coordinates team bonding events & activities.
Kevin serves as the firm’s HR resource and strives to ensure that the Core Values of Rutkowski Law firm are equally represented in both our client family-facing and internal processes. His goal is to communicate a message from Rutkowski Law Firm that will nurture and strengthen our relationship with both our team members and with Michiganders who need Asset Protection, Estate Planning, Medicaid Planning or Probate work. He also builds and maintains strong relationships in networks throughout Southeast Michigan, which benefits the firm’s clients who need long-term care. Kevin has represented the firm at community events for several years and is now focused on growing Rutkowski Law Firm’s presence in Upper Michigan.
Kevin has more than ten years of experience in small business management, marketing, and relationship management. He previously worked at a local nonprofit, responsible in part for the growth, development, and maintenance of a 100+ mile trail network created to support the local environment and foster interest in the forests of the Upper Peninsula. With his educational background in marketing and public relations, this makes him uniquely qualified to foster the strong community and professional relationships that are a hallmark of the Rutkowski Law Firm.
Originally from Orchard Lake, Kevin followed family tradition by attending Northern Michigan University where he earned his degree in Marketing and Public Relations. He spent ten years living north of the bridge and somehow even managed to enjoy the frigid winters. Kevin spent time building strong community partnerships, learning how to take advantage of the great outdoors, and getting outside his comfort zone of growing up in the suburbs. He has a Calico cat named Eurda, loves golfing with his family, spending time outdoors, camping, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, kayaking, and gardening.
