Kris manages Michael’s schedule, coordinates client meetings, and ensures that everything behind the scenes runs smoothly—so Michael can stay focused on what matters most: helping families plan, protect, and move forward. Whether it's preparing for a client consultation or keeping the team organized across multiple cases, Kris is the trusted right hand supporting the entire process.
With over 20 years of experience in customer service and client support, Kris brings calm, care, and professionalism to every interaction. She’s known for her proactive communication, eye for detail, and genuine commitment to helping people—traits that make her a valued part of Team Rutkowski.
Kris attended Oakland Community College and has a heart for service. She volunteers regularly with food pantries, homeless shelters, churches, animal shelters, and Humble Design.
Originally from Dearborn Heights, Kris has lived in Metamora for 25 years. She has four children, and a beautiful Granddaughter. When she’s not working or volunteering, you’ll likely find Kris spending time with her family, reading a good book, traveling & spending time outdoors!
