Community Liaison
Lea is an incredible resource for our firm’s team internally as well as for the families and communities we serve. Lea’s role is to act as a liaison between Rutkowski Law Firm’s internal processes and our community efforts and partners. Her close relationships in the senior services and care facility communities in Michigan help us break down barriers to better serve our client families and their loved ones. Lea was a Recreational Therapist in various senior living communities for the past 5 years. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Recreational Therapy degree from Grand Valley State University, and she is a Certified Dementia Practitioner as well. Lea worked her way up in the senior living industry and spent two years as a Director of Sales & Marketing assisting families with moving their loved one into a senior living community.
Estate planning involves making critical decisions about the future, which can often be emotionally taxing. Lea’s role is to provide a supportive and compassionate environment where clients can relax, destress, and focus on their own well-being while addressing their legal concerns.
Lea grew up in Rochester and now calls it home with her husband & dog, Stella. She enjoys spending her free time baking, reading books, playing pickle ball & going to Pilates. Lea comes from a big Greek family whom she loves spending time with, especially at their cottage in Charlevoix, MI.

“Their whole team was amazing to work with! The attorneys were very knowledgeable and made it easy to understand. We chose virtual planning process option because it was so much more convenient with my work schedule but they offered to meet in person too of we didn't do zoom. Highly Recommended!”
