Josh Heppner

Josh's career has been built on a passion for leadership, service, and helping others succeed. He earned a Bachelor of Science in English Education from Ferris State University and later completed a Master of Arts in Educational Leadership from Saginaw Valley State University. Those experiences laid the foundation for a career dedicated to developing people, building meaningful relationships, and serving others with integrity.

For 16 years, Josh served as a high school educator and Head Varsity Football Coach, where he had the privilege of mentoring students and student-athletes both in the classroom and on the field. Throughout his career in education, he was committed to fostering academic excellence while teaching the values of discipline, accountability, resilience, teamwork, and character. Coaching and teaching allowed Josh to positively impact the lives of young people while helping prepare them for success beyond graduation.

In 2016, Josh transitioned from education into the business world where he could apply the leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills he had developed throughout his years as an educator and coach. Since then, Josh has held successful director positions with Zoetis and Rawlings Sporting Goods, where he partnered with customers, developed trusted relationships, and delivered solutions that create lasting value.

Josh is excited to begin the next chapter of his professional journey as the Director of Client Services for Rutkowski Law Firm. In this role, he will have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with individuals and families by meeting with clients face-to-face through educational seminars and one-on-one consultations. Josh is passionate about helping people navigate important life decisions with confidence while connecting them to the trusted legal guidance and personalized service they deserve.

Throughout every stage of his career, Josh has believed that success is built on trust, integrity, hard work, and genuine conversations. Whether mentoring students, coaching athletes, partnering with customers, or serving families in his current role, Josh will strive to lead with authenticity, professionalism, and a commitment to making a positive difference in the lives of others.

Above all else, Josh's greatest joy comes from spending time with his family. Whether they are fishing, golfing, catching a movie, attending a sporting event, or simply enjoying quality time at home, those moments are what matter most to Josh. His family has always been the foundation of his life, and they continue to inspire the way he leads, serves, and approaches every opportunity—both personally and professionally.
