Jason Matthews

Jason is a Client Engagement Specialist with Rutkowski Law Firm. As the first point of contact for prospective clients, Jason helps create a welcoming and informative experience from the very beginning. He is responsible for learning about each client's needs and connecting them with a member of the firm's Client Services team. Jason understands that the first conversation can set the tone for the entire client experience. He is committed to ensuring every client feels heard, valued, and confident as they take the first step in the estate planning process.

With a strong background in communication and client service, Jason believes that building trust begins with listening. His approachable personality, attention to detail, and dedication to helping others make him an important part of the Rutkowski Law Firm and a trusted resource for the families who work with us.

A Birmingham, Michigan native, Jason earned his bachelor's degree in English with a minor in Communications from Albion College. Outside of the office, he enjoys coaching soccer, playing soccer, skiing, writing, and exploring his passion for art. Whether he's mentoring young athletes or assisting clients, Jason enjoys building meaningful relationships and making a positive impact in the lives of others.
