Brian Henderson brings over two decades of leadership experience in operations, administration, and organizational development to his role as Director of Operations at the Rutkowski Law Firm. With a strong foundation in court administration and a proven record of driving cultural transformation, Brian is known for his ability to align people, processes, and performance with strategic goals.
Prior to joining the firm, Brian served as a Court Administrator in Michigan, where he effectively led teams of up to 65 staff, managed complex inter-agency projects, and played a pivotal role in policy development, HR oversight, and stakeholder engagement. His efforts consistently resulted in improved operational efficiency, employee satisfaction, and service delivery.
Brian holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from Ferris State University and is a Certified Court Manager (CCM). His diverse background also includes experience in financial services, insurance restoration, and public sector assistance programs.
At the Rutkowski Law Firm, Brian oversees the firm's day-to-day operations, staff development, and strategic initiatives—ensuring operational excellence and a high-performing workplace culture that supports both clients and team members.
Outside of work, Brian enjoyed playing both baseball and football through college. He values every opportunity to spend time with family and friends at the lake. Brian finds great joy in being a girl dad and attending live music events with his wife. Brian's hobbies include home remodeling, golf and exercising.
